Day 1
10:00 am – 11:30 am Transferring knowledge in a business context Adult face to face and online learning
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm Presentation skills for trainers
2:30 pm – 4:00 pm Using online tools in training
Day 2
10:00 am – 11:30 am Coaching in online training Facilitation techniques
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm Balancing energy in an online training environment
2:30 pm – 4:00 pm Knowing the client and their business environment
Timing of the process
Deadline for sending the inquiry: June 17th,2020 at 5 pm. Selection and feedback until: June 18nd,2020 at 5 pm Preview sessions via Zoom: June 24th, 25th and June 26th, 2020 For chosen candidates*: I session from 10-12 pmII session from 2-4 pmIII session from 5-7 pm*chosen candidates will make a 15-20 minute online presentation on a topic of their choice, as well as a 5-10 minute Q&A sessionAfter the preview sessions, chosen candidates will receive the invite for the Online Train the Trainer training which will be held in the following time slots:
July 1st and 2nd, 2020 from 10 am to 4 pm
August 5th and 6th, 2020 from 10 am to 4 pm
Price of the Online TTT training will be set based on the level of knowledge and expertise of the chosen candidate, with the possibility of a scholarship
Upon successful completion of the Online TTT training, students receive a Certificate of completion and join the Beezy team of lecturers, trainers and coaches. The cooperation business model will be further discussed during the process.
